Prior to starting her own firm, Janice delivered complex corporate and public sector transformation projects, working as a Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting and then as a Director for Mercer HR Consulting. Janice is now focused on assisting organizations which positively contribute to social change, helping them get the most out of their project budgets by delivering relevant solutions to their problems.
Janice holds designations as both a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Project Management Professional (PMP) and completed a Masters of Engineering in Business and Management in 2001. Her undergraduate degree was completed in Biochemical Engineering (1994).
