Janice fulfilled several key roles in a multi-year project to significantly enhance delivery of administration services to customers of a Public Sector organization. Roles included:

  • Project Manager for the data conversion and data clean up team, comprised of consultants, client representatives and vendor conversion specialists. Successful clean up ensured that member statements and benefits calculations were correct, improving the client and member feedback to the Plan’s Board of Trustees.
  • Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst for the development of an online tool for the reconciliation and clean up of member data collected from over 40 employers participating in the pension plan. By improving the quality of data that was posted, public sector administrators were able to produce accurate member statements and benefit calculations more efficiently.
  • Senior Business Analyst, documented and redesigned administration processes to provide the requirements to evaluate vendor products to meet client’s needs. Facilitated multiple group sessions to validate accuracy of requirements with administrators, allowing them to participate in defining what they needed to best complete their work and ensuring their commitment to the implementation of the new system.
